I was sitting in the dentist office yesterday and there an advertiser there so of course I picked it up and flipped through it… Blow me down, there was a short piece on a science paper written by someone (can’t remember the name) but they have stated ‘over doing it in the exercise field is dangerous and can lead to heart lesions! Arrythmias etc…’
Hellooo! I knew this. The body is not built for that much physical abuse. I stated this in my book. http://www.marilynsplanforweightloss.com.au That’s why I’m suggesting no more than about 6 minutes of exercise each day.
Of course it’s useful and helpful for you to be reasonably active during the day and not just laying on the lounge watching TV!
The joints in the feet, knees and hips are also at risk of degenerative problems too. Arthritis etc… Torn ligaments and muscles..Plantar Fascitis… and the rest. Why does anyone want to punish their body so much?
I have cared for marathon runners in their later life and seen the awful effects on their broken bodies from their efforts.
No need to scrimp on food either. Why? Cutting down on food is not conducive to the body’s daily equirements of vitamins and minerals. You just need to learn the Principal behind Marilyn’s Plan and take it from there. You will get a kick out of it I’m sure.
I was once asked what made my Plan for weight loss so unique and my reply was to say…
“It’s a pretty normal way to eat but I have manipulated all the good things we know about food.”
When you read the book you will know it does work and you will be able to do it. Truly! After you’ve read it you will realise it does work. There is no doubt. Have you ever read anything to do with weight loss given the title of quirky? I bet you haven’t. But why should weight loss be boring and difficult. Ha! It’s not boring or difficult doing it my way. It’s fun, it’s healthy and it’s even fast if that is what you want… Don’t get me wrong… The Plan is not quirky but the way I wrote it is. So it’s enjoyable and fun to read..
Every day I wake up and put on my skinny girl jeans or a little dress I am in awe of this Plan and how easy it is.
You may look at my website and think all the celebrities on there are paid to be there but no, they are not. Some of these lovely people are friends, some are friends as a result of them having my book but they all have one thing in common.
They like the Plan. I don’t need to pay celebrities to endorse my book and I think it’s totally wrong to do it.

Do something nice for yourself and buy a little gift. Can I suggest ‘My Book’ to get you started on the right track to health and a thinner bod? I dropped the price of the book so anyone can afford it now. I took delivery of just over 5,000 books today and it was hard work lugging them into the shed but the nice truck driver helped me. Thank goodness for that. I gave him one of my books as a gift for his Mum for Christmas as he said she was a little butter ball. How sweet is that?

Holy Moly that was heavy!
Tonight I was going to be taking it easy and give myself a manicure and pedicure but I am just a bit tired from all that hard work. Never mind. Tomorrow night will have to do. I have a few gifts I still need to purchase but I did buy a little something for myself. A nice dress to wear on Christmas day. Now I need to tone up a bit. I’m still thin but a bit on the flabby side so I spent most of the night on my bike. Well, 5 minutes but that’s enough. I don’t like exercising but that is quite sufficient for anyone. Don’t want anyone to wear themselves out. ‘On ya bike’ hahahaha I won’t say the rest… a bit rude.
I do wish everyone a safe and peaceful as well as a happy Christmas and please try to remember the ones who don’t have much. I give a secret parcel each year to someone who goes without. It’s the least I can do.
Don’t forget yourself and enjoy the festive time. Hugs to all.
Too heavy for me.....
Every time summer heads our way we think of weight loss. Ok, that means we are on the ‘rabbit food’ mindset. This needn’t be. Every year we look for a new weight loss product or program to try in the hope of finding the one which actually does work. We spend so much money doing this. I used to be like this as well. Always on the lookout for something which suited me, my purse, my lifestyle and my food likes and dislikes.
I never found any of them. I must have done some serious damage to my body from the times I became so very sick after just a few weeks trying some of these dreadful diets. It isn’t easy is it? The makers of these diets always promise 3 – 5 kilos/lbs of weight loss in the first week. If you stop eating rubbish foods this will happen anyway. People need to wake up to this and realise it is not good honest weight loss, it’s mostly fluid they are losing.
If and when you get My Plan you will have something you can use anytime you need. There will be no need to look for something else next year because this failed. If you do it, it will work for you and free you from constantly putting your hand in your pocket/purse to buy products. You can manage your weight all year round and without having to resort to rabbit food to lose it. Your weight loss will be honest weight loss, fat and fluid. It might be more than you realised when you first begin depending how you do it and you can do it as fast or as slow as you want.
This is good for People and Pets too. It’s the same principal. Take the stress off yourself now and do it. You won’t regret it. Make a conscious decision to get healthy and go for it. If you have over weight children, you will be able to help them too. They can read the book to see what they are doing to their body. They might just learn a lot from this.
I remember whae I was overweight in the summer and I truly suffered in the heat. I would have skin rashes and headaches and would always fell more hot than anyone else. Summer was always a nightmare for me but not anymore.
Now I adore the hot summer days and nights and relish in putting on my swimming togs and diving inot a pool of cool water. Hmmm delightful. Thinking about it now, I can imagine all the fat covering my body heating up and causing the most awful problems such as sweating profusely, I felt so lacking in energy and so unattractive too.
Now I am thinner the heat barely bothers me at all. I love it and I don’t have to wear big clothes to cover up my big body anymore. I can wear a little bit shorter dress and skirts, and smaller clothes all ’round. It’s just so wonderful to be thin now. It has changed my life.
The only good thing about being fat was in the winter months when I needed some insulation from the cold but I can do that with an extra jumper on now. This is just so marvelous to be able to wear gorgeous clothes and not worry about how awful they look and how fat I am. I will never be overweight again.
Yes it’s up but not quite ready yet. The starting date is Sunday 2nd January.

Good for overweight pets too.
My little Papillon Boo was a fat little dog and on the advice of my vet and her chiropractor I had to put her and my other Papillon on a diet. I reduced their food intake as advised. Big mistake. After the second day on a reduced food intake, I knew there was something wrong. I was woken in the night by a noise coming from my kitchen. I went to investigate and found Boo head first in the rubbish bin foraging for food. The poor little thing was starving!
I shouldn’t laugh but it was a very funny sight to see her in their head first with her two little back legs and bushy tail flailing in the air. I don’t know if she had found something to eat or was desperately trying to get out but there she was. After I pulled her out and cleaned her up I gave her more food and cuddled her. It was then I decided there had to be more to this weight loss thing than stupid diets.
Every visit to the vet I would see at least one overweight pet. That’s very sad. Animals rely on us for their health so why not give them good health. I worked out a way for my two Papillons to lose weight, then I tried it on myself and lots of others and it worked every time. It was a success! Now we are all thin and in good health and good spirits. I have never had to reduce the food intake for any of us since then and in fact we eat more food.
The exercises we do are minimal too but we do some exercise because the body works well when it is active. The internal organs need to be working to their full potential to keep the body in good health and anyone who promotes a diet without exercise needs to be taken out and flogged! I don’t encourage anyone to over do the exercise but a few simple and quick things I have included in my book are enough to get the cardiovascular system in good shape. You have to read the book to believe it. xxx
