Every time we put our meals on the table and sit down to eat, it’s a matter of let’s get into it and not worry about anything else..
I know we should be photographing our meals to show you what we eat to stay trim taught and terrifically healthy but our food is so yummy we don’t have time to take pics.. Sorry..
I will make a concerted effort for the next few days and take some pics and add to this blog so you can see we only eat normal food and it keeps us thin and healthy..I am so glad I will never have to worry myself about dieting again and getting grumpy and stuffing myself with chemicals and expensive rubbish foods from tins and packets… The exercise is minimal but excellent and it makes your weightloss even faster…
I work in areas where there is the Flu type ‘A’ and it’s rampant amongst the residents and staff but I just don’t get sick.. Blessing… I have to say, this is the healthiest I have been in all my years on this earth.. and I feel great..

Sitting here at home today, it occurred to me I’ve been thin and healthy for 5 years now. Almost to the day! It’s really so exciting and every day I get a kick out of knowing I succeeded and never have to worry about becoming overweight again.
My niece tried to talk me into joining a gym and I’m considering it but I do have to be careful I don’t over do it because I just get a bit too skinny. Hubby doesn’t like that…The only reason I would go to the gym would be for the music and the company.. It is fun to dance in a room of others and really let your hair down.. Ahhh… doing it with small weights too would be fun.
Our summer is on it’s way here again and it’s the time of the year which excites me, mainly because I can dress up in pretty things knowing they fit and look good on me.. Going out to lunch is great too especially when I can eat like a field hand and not add the extra kilos! People do look surprised but, no I don’t really eat like that but I can if I want to. I eat less now than I ever did. I love this Plan of mine so much. I wished I could have discovered the way to do it 30 years ago when I could still wear a bikini…
We all have the most amazing health too. No colds or flu or other sickness because it’s just simple and yummy food.. No artificial rubbish.. Very little processed foods pass our lips. We all understand why we eat now and it makes a big difference to our food choices. Every time I think about the diets I wasted my time and money on and failed I could kick myself… I suffered through all of it and never achieved any goals because they were too strict. Too regimental and the food was awful… All precooked and packaged or frozen or just not good enough…
When I read the Advertiser last week and read about young kids dieting I was horrified.. approximately 50% of young kids are dieting… I’d like to know what the parents are doing in all this? Kids need guidance and help if they have a weight problem. They don’t have the knowledge or the skills to go it alone.. They are also suffering from malnutrition and it will have long term effects on their growth and development..
So here I go, to seek something gorgeous in my wardrobe to wear tomorrow.. Hope it’s a nice day….

It’s the e book and there is also a hard copy of it the thing is, you can do it with the food you already have in your kitchen. There is no need to run out and buy foods you don’t like or things you are allergic to etc…
You will have your own recipes and you should be able to stick to eating the foods you want to eat.. I did include a few weeks worth of recipes to get you going and they are simple and easy to make…
What did you pay for your diet last year?? If my guess is right you would have forked out quite a lot of money.. but did it work? This one will and at a measly $5, you can’t go wrong so give it a go and get with the Plan..
Portion sizes… weighing food.. measuring food… I’m so sick of seeing these stupid things on TV which are too hard to follow.They also want you to exercise to the extreme. Why???
Overweight people are at risk of a cardiac event if they over do the exercise so I promote about 6 minutes of it per day! Yep.. that’s all.
Now as for the food.. I hate to be told I have to eat specific things. Most of which I despise… I always wanted to eat the things I like which I will encourage you to do, because when you follow the Plan you will learn how to do it and take it from there and do it yourself! Anyone who tells you, you have to follow their silly diet and you’re only going to lose about one kg a week is setting you up for failure… If you need to lose 30 kg then it will take you almost a year to lose it.. Ha! How boring and regimental can you get??? It’s making you think about food too much when you obviously have more important things to think about like kids, home family, shopping, cleaning etc…
I conquered it and came up with the most brilliant weight loss Plan.. Go on.. give it a go.. Once you have this in your head.. you’re off on your way to success and it’s so easy.. I just got home from a day from hell to get a noodle take away and a cheesecake slice for my dinner and it doesn’t worry me at all.. It’s fabulous.. Go on… do it!
Even overweight pets can do it…
We had the most beautiful day today. The sun was shining and it was warm.. Oh, it was lovely..I did manage to get some sun too as I hung the washing out!
I heard we are going to have a really hot and dry summer so my mind is now on ensuring the wild birds have enough water by filling the birdbaths, Laying newspaper and bark chips down around the garden and organizing for a new rainwater tank to be installed to help with the watering of the whole garden.
The thing I’m dreading is getting my summer wardrobe out and packing my winter wardrobe away! Still haven’t done it..
The one thing I know I don’t have to worry about is weight loss! Yes.. I am thin and I love it. Been this way for years now due to Marilyn’s Plan for Weight Loss..
I wrote it to be easy and if you are keen to do the same then go for it. Learn the principal of the Plan and you will have it in your head forever… never to put it on again! Manage the meals during outings and parties, know exactly what you need to do and yet be able to get enough to eat without worrying about it. No measuring or weighing or cutting a meal short… no more excuses either… “Oh, I’m on a diet and I can’t eat that” Sick of saying it? Then say it no more, just relax and go with the flow! Well, that’s it for me…. for now anyway..

I didn’t get work today so I decided to sit and watch a movie. Well, blow me down if there wasn’t a funny Australian movie on called ‘Their a Weird Mob’ We Australians do like to laugh at ourselves.
I think it was made in the early 70’s as you can see by the fashions and the cars etc..
It’s a film about an Italian immigrant coming to Australia and trying his darndest to integrate into Australia and learn the ‘Lingo’ and culture all the time trying to pay a relative’s debt. The main character’s name is Nino. It’s full of humour, some good hearted banter,Typical Aussie larikinism, drama but mostly the humour. Bigots are rife throughout but they add to the comedy of it. The other characters all help Nino in their way and it does have the most hilarious results too.
Nino is given a job with a building company and the first scenes with him helping to dig the foundations for a new home are hilarious. If you can get this film and watch it, good. You won’t be sorry. Maybe for the aching ribs after laughing so hard.
The cast are all very good Australian actors and actresses and one in particular is Tony Bonner playing a lifeguard on Bondi beach. It’s a typical good mates movie and it denotes the best of Australian mateship and humour. The camera work is raw as is some of the acting but that’s what makes it so good to watch. I won’t tell you what happens in the end but I thoroughly enjoyed it and laughed my guts out! I don’t often recommend movies but I do sincerely recommend this one. One of the last scenes with the men and the merangues made me laugh so much I had to run to the bathroom….Hubby came in halfway through it and we had tears in our eyes from laughing.
We need more humour to release endophins in our bodies and I thoroughly enjoyed releasing some of mine. If you can get it, then good. Enjoy!
I believe this has been the worst few months for so many people. I heard so much sadness and heartache from so many. Hearts have been broken, lives lost, loves lost, families lost…. It just didn’t end..
The dramatics have been slowing down. If only it will come to a halt and turn for the better for everyone.
Just of late I feel it in my bones and in the air, something is beginning. Perhaps it is the mending of those hearts and spirits and the terrible sadness and loss. I have been subjected to a lot of it myself and have begun to take on life with a new meaning. Engage and enjoy! Let loose but be cautious at the same time and don’t be too frivolous it could end up with you or me being taken advantage of again!
I believe it is a cleansing month and by the end of it, we will all be experiencing the turnaround to better times ahead.
I have taken stock of how my life is going and have made a few minor changes to make life a bit easier. Would you believe I was considering putting on weight due to the acceptance of the ‘Big is Beautiful’ theme now. Then I decided.. why should I do that? I am thin and I’m not going to put on weight for anyone or for anything. I don’t want the health problems I had when I was overweight. I am what I am and that’s it. I like myself the way I am. I am beginning to be happy again and to accept what I have. I have wonderful friends and some great family members… I support others in their goals in life and give encouragement and will continue to do so.
Have you copped anything like this? It is odd. I had a shift booked today and for the last few days I have had a bad feeling about the shift. This morning I got a phone call from my agency telling me the shift is cancelled. Ok, so no work this weekend.. AGAIN! I will take it on the chin because I believe and have for years, known there is some sort of order in our lives. If we are heading for something and we didn’t get it or it didn’t happen, we weren’t supposed to get it because it could have ended up differently. There could have been a tragedy but losing it helped us to avoid the tragedy. I might be needed at home because a friend or family member will win the big one tonight and come crashing through my door and need to be calmed!
So I get to stay home in the warm and safety of home and enjoy writing this to you. Things happen in the order they are supposed to. I believe in fate and I accept it because to try to change it would turn things around and not always for the better. We can want for things all our lives and never get them. We just might be better off without them!
Be happy with your lot in life especially if it’s not too bad and remember there is always some poor bugger out there worse off than we are.
