Yesterday morning I was in a hurry to get little girl to her dance class and didn’t have time to eat my breakfast so I ate a protien bar someone gave me. I ate it on the way to the studio and that was about 0945. By 1030 I felt sick in the stomach and I was shaking. I couldn’t believe the change in my body. I hadn’t done anything strenuous at all, just driving. As soon as I got home I had some toast with spread and withing half an hour I felt better. The shakes had gone but my stomach still felt queezy.
Each time I try something different than what I say in my book, I suffer for it. I’m willing to give something a go but this was ridiculous! It also confirms my research and knowledge of food and nutrition and the only way to go for sensible and healthy weight loss. Now all I can say is if you’re going to try something, please give my book a go. You can’t go wrong. And when you read it you will understand where I’m coming from and why my Plan is so good and so easy to do. It’s as fast as you want it to be too.
