I just read where someone has written a book for weight loss based on getting in touch with your inner self. Another load of hogwash. So now it is ok to blame ones problems on weight gain? I just blame ignorance and a lack of owning my book. Why try so desperately to find something to blame your problems on? Own up to having problems and sort them out but don’t blame your weight on problems. You are just over eating. That’s all!
I sigh each and every time I read something like this. Getting in touch with your inner self. Holy moly who has time for that? Even if it does work, how long can you be constantly thinking about yourself? Get over it and do it honestly.
If you’re overweight then it is because you have eaten food. Nothing else. You inadvertently became overweight then you became miserable and now you’re turning the tables and blaming your weight gain on your problems. Everyone has problems. My advice is to deal with those problems and don’t use them for your own failings. GET OVER IT!
